Refund Policy

At Shuddham, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our products. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a 5-day exchange/return policy. Please review the following guidelines to understand our policy.

1. Exchanges and Returns

You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange or return. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice at the time of return pickup.

Note: Once a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for exchange or return.

2. Eligible Cases for Exchanges/Returns

Exchanges and returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery or you received the wrong item.
  • The product was not properly sealed at the time of delivery.
  • The product had expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange to pick up the item from the original delivery address. You will be notified of the expected pick-up date.

3. Processing Exchanges

If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pickup has been completed.

4. Delivery Discrepancies

If there is any issue related to the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

5. Order Cancellation

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Shuddham International reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with the personal/financial details provided.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
